FAST CAST ROD:
- It stores metamagic spells now
- If the caster is not protected against evil, a visual effect is applied and half of current damage is dealt as magic damage, instead of summoning an hostile Balor
- It is not possible to attack a player which hasn't been disliked
- It is not possible to cast spells against players which haven't been disliked
- Adjusted notifications to parts involved in the like/dislike process
- Added many more logs
- Added Gorgoroth Cave Mini Low LVL Dungeon
- Added Glondar Crypt Mini Low LVL Dungeon
- Added Misty Island Black Magic Leveling Areas
- Added Misty Island Black Magic Mini 21+ LVL Dungeon
- HIPS CD reduced at 9 seconds (down from 12)
- Enabled Mulrok Christmas Arena
- Snow will fall into all outdoor areas
